General Information about Horse Tack

This is where all of the front page information will be displayed. All of the text for ranking plus tickler-text and images.


The site has the main tree developed and templates for category and presentation pages. The horse tack index is totally made up and will certainly be changed. I just made some stuff up off the top of my head. The images are used as place-holders (including logo at top and right-side promotion bar).

It has been linked from Futurepet.com so that the search engines will pick it up in a natural link crawl and start to spider it for content. Hopefully it will start to rank for Horse Tack if I get that phrase into this text enough times in different ways.

We can totally disconnect this site later when we decide what horsetackwarehouse.com in "aspdotnetstorefront" will look like. Or we can use this layout for the hand-created horse tack categories and front page of that site (in which case we have to match the dynamic site "skin" to this one or vise versa).

The names of the categories for horse tack will be important for ranking. We should take a look at AHEquine's categories to see if they will be sufficient since we think HTW's database will come (at least partially) from that one.

We can easily change the nomenclature of a horse tack category in "aspdotnet", but not the items in it.
